Hello, I am Jonni Chapple!

I am excited about the opportunity to support children and families through the adoption process. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work in 2016 and my Master of Social Work from Wichita State University in 2018. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Kansas and Missouri and have more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, including extensive experience in medical and behavioral health social work.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and families navigating challenging circumstances, conducting psychosocial assessments, identifying needs and strengths, and helping them plan for the future. My background also includes adoption-related experience through my work with Kansas Children’s Service League and Adopt Kansas Kids. Adoption has remained an area of particular interest to me, and I am excited about the opportunity to bring my social work experience to helping families prepare for adoption and take this important step toward growing their families.

I believe that every family’s story is unique and that building trust, listening without judgment, and approaching each family with compassion and respect are essential to the home study process. I look forward to getting to know families, learning about their strengths and experiences, and helping them navigate the steps involved in preparing to welcome a child into their home.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing the things that make life meaningful. I am grateful for the opportunity to combine my social work experience with my passion for adoption and look forward to working with families throughout their adoption journeys.
