Letter of Introduction
Hello, we are Sabetha and Scott. Thank you for taking a moment to view our profile and learn a little about us. We are grateful for the love you are demonstrating by considering an adoption plan for your child. We know that you want the very best for your child and we will devote our lives to nurture, care and love him or her. We're committed to creating a relationship that works for everyone and ensures that he or she knows you and your love for them. In these pages, we are excited to share all we can offer to your child.
Scott is originally from Wichita and has lived in Kansas all his life. He grew up watching Saturday morning cartoons (G.I. Joe and Transformers were his favorites), discovering music on MTV, riding his bike around the neighborhood and playing sports at the local park. Scott's fondest memories of growing up include holidays with the family, playing outdoors with friends, and going on vacations. He hopes to provide a child with these the same wonderful experiences.
Scott is a die-hard Jayhawk fan and has learned to accept that Sabetha roots for that "other" school! Scott has undergraduate degrees in political science and finance as well as a law degree. He has been practicing law for 10 years in the areas of tax and transportation policy.
Some of Scott's favorite hobbies and pastimes include reading, playing board games, and cooking on the grill. He also loves music, playing video games and working around the house on various projects. Scott is a loving husband who is full of kindness, compassion for animals and loves to make Sabetha laugh (even if she doesn't always get his jokes).
Sabetha was born and raised in rural Kansas. As a child, she enjoyed playing with her brothers and neighbors, attending school from Kindergarten to 12th grade with all her best friends, and spending quality time outdoors with family. Sabetha's favorite childhood memories include holiday parties with family, game nights at home with friends and exploring the outdoors. She wishes to create such happy memories in her own family.
As an avid Wildcats fan, Sabetha received a food science degree from the best university in the state of Kansas, then moved to Missouri and Utah before finding her way back to Kansas. She works for a bakery company providing food safety and quality leadership.
Sabetha enjoys spending time with nieces & nephews as well as friends and family. She likes being outdoors gardening, playing games, taking long walks with her dog, Chico. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting and knitting. Sabetha is a loving wife who is deeply committed to her friends and family. She is also generous with her time as she regularly volunteers at a local homeless outreach organization.
